Ten short-term goals
1 - To do well by that No. 1 that's going to be on my car.
2 - Remember to buy patio furniture. And finally finish moving into this house like a month after we bought it.
3 - To spend time with all the people I didn't spend time with over the last seven months, and make sure they understand that they're still important to me. Sorry, Mom.
4 - Learn a better armbar. Not that I need to, just that I want to.
5 - Make that appointment with a doctor to talk about kids. Because I've been putting it off.
6 - To not tell Dad (or otherwise let him find out) I'm making said appointment. The last thing I want to do is get his hopes up.
7 - Take my husband out for at least one nice date night.
8 - Spend some more time working on my Cobra. I think she feels neglected.
9 - Go to at least one race that I'm not driving in.
10 - Beat Scott at something. I don't know what, but one of these days...
