STRANGE
It had been such a long time that Simon had woken up naked with someone that it was a strange phenomenon to be doing it that morning. He was too warm and too comfortable to jolt awake too quickly. In fact, if it hadn’t been for the small sliver of light coming in through a crack in the blinds right across his face, he would probably have kept right on snoozing contently.
He was lying on his stomach, face smooshed snugly into the pillow, and there was an arm hugged around his waist and a leg draped over his. He glanced over his shoulder very briefly to analyse the other person sharing his bed and smirked sleepily at Lance who was still dead to the world. This was probably the part where Simon should get up and call it an end to a one-nighter. But something was different this time. He didn’t know what, but it could wait. For now, he was just going to shuffle back into Lance a little more and close his eyes again. He was pretty sure he could get used to this feeling...
