Wait

Tyler didn't want anyone near him. The only people he was even letting near his twin were the doctors and the nurses. He had blocked Nate, he had been holding his parents and younger brother off. None of that would be easy for them, but he wasn't coping and his mind was playing tricks on him again. He was fearing if anyone or anything got close to Jeremy, they would harm him more.

( He hadn't been there the first time Jeremy was harmed. He caused the harm, but he was so mentally incapacitated that he hadn't been present... )
