1: Strength
Athos was a big man. He stood tall; broad shouldered and looked harder and meaner than most men. Some would go as far as to add even his head was big but they never said that to his face. There were plenty of whispered rumors about Athos, even though there was nothing ever firm about the validity of the whispers. As tall, broad shouldered and mean looking as he was, he never had to be heavy handed to halt the whispering. A single, hard, moody look always managed to clear a room and let him get back to his drinking.
2: Music
Once, in another life, he remembers music. He recalls the name of the genre: Baroque. He was well versed to be trained in dancing to the genre. He now can only recall one type of music, not at all proper for a high bred man like him self. The sounds were music to his heart. It was the soft way she whispered his name when they were together. The sound of his hand caressing across her skin. The way she laughed. The way he laughed with her. But that was once, in another life, when he remembered music.
