029.5 Significant Other
This has all the potential to get painfully mushy. You've been warned.
1) I know that actions speak louder than words, but, sometimes words are good. Mark isn't afraid to tell me that he loves me. I need affection and those three words, and he isn't scared of giving me what I need.
2) He is generous, sometimes he's too generous to the point he over looks his own needs/wants. But, it is one of the qualities I was most attracted to when we first met.
3) Mark is smart and intelligent without being arrogant. He has the patience to explain things I don't understand as well as he does without ever making me feel stupid.
4) He's good with his hands. In a lot of ways. Our house will never fall apart as long as Mark has tools. The cars will always run great.
5) Mark is very supportive of my career. Even when that means touring the world, crazy fans bothering us at the coffee shop and invasive paparazzi blasting our pictures in the tabloids. He didn't sign up to be a celebrity, I sort of drug him along into all of this crazy. But, he's always there, strong as a rock for all of it.
6) Somehow he knows when I'm not okay. I don't even have to say anything. He can figure it out from a look. Or all the things I don't say. But, he always seems to know when I need him most.
7) He's great with kids.
8) He has the best smile. I mean, really, my husband is great looking, I'm very, very lucky, but there is just something about his smile.

Where all did you go?

Started in Ireland. Then Scotland. London. Paris. Few places in Germany. Italy. Spain. There were 17 stops in total.

Jesus, that sounds awesome. I've never left the country. Which was your favorite?

This will sound so cheesy but it's a toss up between Paris and Barcelona. Mark had this thing happen a few months back and he lost most of his memory. He woke up and everything we had together was gone. Along the way to Paris we decided to renew our wedding vows so he would have memory of it. Went the super cliche route and did it at the Eiffel Tower. Buuuuuuuuuut, in Barcelona, he rented this beautiful suite and we had a candle lit dinner on the roof.
Then again, getting shit faced drunk bar hopping in Hamburg was pretty amazing too.
Go out and see the world! It's incredible.

Nope, no therapy. Yet. Have to find the right therapist. A therapist who needs a therapist is a hard shoe to fit, apparently.
