119.1. Lyrics
"I could spend my life in this sweet surrender
I could stay lost in this moment forever
Where every moment spent with you is a moment I treasure."

• I Don't Want To Miss a Thing, Aerosmith

Shannon's head was spinning and it was making it hard to fall asleep. This entire last couple of weeks had been sort of like a dream in that he had done so many things he hadn't quite let himself hope could happen for him. It was hard to think of yourself as fitting in with the mainstream when you were like he was and had a disability, had to spend the rest of his life needing a wheelchair to get around. No, he didn't like labels. Who did? He knew he could live a 'normal' life, and he could do things like other people, just in a different way. Those things were easy to shoot for and talk about, but they were a whole different story in action.

Then he met Fin. Quite possibly the cutest guy he had ever seen, and he didn't believe at all that he was biased on that front... )
